Choose how to use your ticket discount to enjoy 10% off 12 tickets per year along with the option to book before general on-sales**, free ticket exchange, invitations to Inside View and Friends events, and special offers in the bar and hospitality areas.

Membership cards going digital
In Autumn 2026, we’re introducing digital membership cards – something many members have been asking for. As well as looking fantastic, the new cards will give members a more convenient way to access their membership while helping reduce plastic waste. The savings made from moving away from printing and posting physical cards also means more funds can be invested directly into the Theatre’s creative engagement and community outreach programmes. For anyone preferring a traditional membership card, a plastic version will be available for a £5 donation.
Rewarding every round
Instead of receiving a discount on only two drinks members can now enjoy 10% off all drinks throughout each visit (excluding champagne). It’s a more flexible benefit that rewards every round and lets you enjoy savings across a broader selection of drinks.

Membership Terms & Conditions
- Memberships apply to up to two people at the same household
- All member benefits are subject to availability and certain exclusions may apply from time to time.
- Membership cards (for our patrons, friends plus and friends members) are now digital as standard. For anyone preferring a traditional membership card, a plastic version will be available for a £5 donation.
Discounts
- Discounts available on Superseats and price bands 1 – 4 only (exceptions apply).
- Occasionally there may be shows where the ticket discount will be less than 20% for Friends and Friends Plus, may be removed, or may not apply at all.
- 10% off drinks throughout each visit for Friends and Friends Plus on production of a valid membership card. Discount excludes promotional offers and champagne.
Priority booking periods
- Our different levels of membership allow for varying priority booking periods for our pantomime and major seasonal on sales with tickets made available in the following order – Patrons and Friends Plus (1st release), Friends (2nd release), Flexi Priority Pass (3rd release) and General (4th release). We reserve the right to adjust the priority booking periods for smaller or individual on sales.
Other terms and conditions
- Credit notes and ticket exchange can be applied, up to 24 hours before the performance.
- Occasionally there may be shows which don’t have programmes, or programmes are not made available to the theatre, for pre-sale. Where programmes cost more than £5, they are not available for member pre-booking.
- Customers have a 14-day cooling off period if you have booked via our website or over the phone. A full refund will be given if you choose to cancel your membership and any tickets or other purchases made during this time will also be cancelled and refunded. - Drinks vouchers, if applicable, applies to house spirits (vodka, gin, rum, whiskey) with draught mixer, pint of Camden Hells, pint of cider, bottle of Peroni, bottle zero alcohol Peroni, 125ml of house red, white or rose wine, draft soft drinks. Products/brands subject to availability. The voucher can be redeemed at theatre bars only.
- For VAT and Gift Aid purposes, the Friends Plus membership of £180 per year is made up of a membership fee of £110 (inc VAT) plus a gift aid eligible voluntary contribution of £70. The benefits package may be purchased separately for the minimum benefit payment, without making a further donation. Please contact us if you have any questions.
