Head of Business Support

Salary: £43,500 to £45,580 per annum
Hours: 39 hours per week

 

Newcastle Theatre Royal Trust are looking for a Head of Business Support. This is a new position and an exciting opportunity to create and implement a change programme to improve our business intelligence and IT systems infrastructure, and an opportunity to make this new role your own.

We are looking for someone with high-level IT skills and experience, alongside a collaborative and inclusive approach to work with colleagues to help deliver organisation wide improvements.

 

Person Specification

You will have experience of assessing and evaluating systems, overseeing contracts, managing system implementations, and working with colleagues at all levels of the organisation.

You will have experience of successfully delivering change, able to manage communication between technical and non-technical colleagues and support teams to maximise effectiveness and efficiency of the IT systems within the Theatre.

This is a new role, which is central to the whole team at Newcastle Theatre Royal, and the successful applicant will need to demonstrate an interest in theatre/creative industries and an enthusiasm to embrace the challenge.

Anticipated start date: 1st November 2023 or by negotiation, subject to successful candidate’s circumstances.
