Stage Door Keeper – Casual
Salary: £9.50 per hour
Hours: Casual role – no minimum contracted hours as per job description (must be able to work regular weekends, evenings and unsociable hours)
Person Specification
The post holder should:
- Be personable and presentable
- Be committed to Customer Care and have the ability to work with diverse customers
- Have a friendly and helpful manner in person and on the phone
- Possess tact, discretion, honesty and diplomacy
- Have basic IT skills and be computer literate
- Be able to communicate with people at all levels
- Be security conscious
The Theatre has a 7 day operation as per the needs of the performance schedule. The standard Stage Door rota is Monday-Saturday with overnight cover as required. Weekend work will be on a fixed rolling rotation. Please note that cover shifts will include Sunday working and overnight work. Applicants will be asked to submit shift availability prior to interview.
