Venue Information
Opening Times: The theatre doors open from 1 hour before the start of each performance for ticket holders only. Auditorium doors open approximately 30 minutes before the start of the performance but this will vary with each production.
Entrance: The main entrance to the theatre is located on Grey Street, including an accessible entrance equipped with a push button automated door.
Lift: The customer lift can be accessed via the stalls foyer, to the left of the auditorium doors. This lift services all levels of the theatre, including the Olivier suite and all accessible toilet levels. The lift can be in high demand during peak periods, and priority use is for disabled customers or those with reduced mobility.
Cloakroom: There is no cloakroom or storage facility so customers are asked to bring only what they need to the theatre. Bags must be able to fit under your seat without causing an obstruction, and please be aware that luggage, large backpacks, holdalls and laptops are not permitted. Buggies: We have limited space in foyer areas for prams and buggies but understand for families a pram or buggy is an essential mode of transport. With the agreement of the Duty Manager buggies will be given a designated storage location but are left at customers own risk. These items cannot be stored inside the auditorium for safety reasons.
Wheelchairs & Mobility Aids: Customers requiring the use of a wheelchair or other mobility aid can store items in designated locations as directed by staff, but please be aware these areas are not manned. Where possible, these items will be stored in the near vicinity of the customer in case of the need to leave. Speak to a member of staff when you arrive and they will be please to assist.
Bicycles: Whilst there is no bicycle storage in the theatre itself, there are lots of cycle racks nearby and around the city centre.
Booster Cushions: A limited number of booster cushions are available for small children to have a better view (subject to availability). Please note that booster cushions are not permitted in certain areas of the auditorium (including Amphitheatre and Gallery).

Toilets: There are a number of toilets located throughout the building, including 5 accessible toilets. Toilets are for audience use only and are not open to the general public. View the accessible toilet dimensions.
