Originally from Newcastle, Ross is a television producer and director.
He has worked on entertainment formats including Strictly Come Dancing, The Voice Kids, Britain’s Got Talent, The X Factor, Ninja Warrior, Big Brother and has just done his seventh series on the BBC’s Strictly: It Takes Two where he is a Senior Producer.
He joins us to share stories from his career and reveal some behind the scenes secrets about how these shows are made.
